Paracetamol pills contain deadly virus.



“Avoid taking paracetamol tablets labeled P/500,” reads the Telegram channel “Boroda”.

The message says: “Avoid taking paracetamol tablets. This white pill contains a virus called Machupo. This is one of the most dangerous viruses in the world. The risk of dying from this medicine is very high. Share this message with everyone, contribute to saving people’s lives” (https://t.me/Boroda_Kanal/4600).

 

According to the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan, claims of the virus in paracetamol labeled “P/500” are unfounded. The department posted this information on its official Telegram channel @ssvuz. (https://t.me/ssvuz/11800)

 

The Ministry of Health emphasizes that this information is untrue and reminds our compatriots that each medicine, in particular paracetamol tablets, should be taken only by a doctor’s prescription, with appropriate instructions.
